WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE COOP?
The coop measures approximately 11'L x 7'H x 4'D not including the cupola.
CAN I ENLARGE, REDUCE, OR MODIFY THE SIZE OF THE COOP?
Yes, others have extended the run or added additional nesting boxes to accommodate their flock.
The plans don't include specs for modifications. Those adjustments are up to the individual builder.
HOW MANY CHICKENS WILL THE COOP ACCOMMODATE?
The coop accommodates 6-9 hens. Some customers have
expanded the coop to suit their flock size.
We suggest researching the
amount of square footage needed per hen to estimate your needs.
IS THERE A MATERIALS LIST INCLUDED?
Yes, there is a detailed materials list including lumber and hardware on page D1.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BUILD?
The
cost of supplies will vary depending on the area you live in, your
access to materials, whether you use a national chain or local building
supply, etc. Due to these variables, we are unable to quote costs.
DO YOU OFFER INSTRUCTION OR ADVICE ON BUILDING OR INSTALLATION?
Sorry, but we do not offer advice on building or installing the coop.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Priority Mail is $4.95 to the USA.
International Mail is $22.95 to all other countries.
